Credit Card user
agreement
PathPedia, LLC accepts
only electronic payments using any of the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
Credit card transactions
at pathpedia.com are encrypted using industry-standard Network Solutions
128-bit encryption technology. This secure payment method allows for encrypted
data transmission whether it is your credit card number, name, date of birth or
any other personal information that we might use for completing your order with
us. We do not redirect credit card users to third-party web sites for payment
processing. The entire credit card transaction is mediated at pathpedia.com
using our secure payment operation.
We do not accept cash,
personal checks, bank-drafts, debit cards, or any gift cards. We also do not
subscribe to Verified by Visa program. We do not call you for your credit card
number or any other sensitive personal or financial information for payment
processing.
For failed credit card
transactions neither we ask your card-issuing agency for reasons of failure nor
we collect any personal data from them. As a credit card user it is your
responsibility to contact your bank directly and solve any payment issues. A
credit card may be declined because of cancellation or reduction of your credit
line, expiration of your credit card, failure to update your address, and
failure to enter correct credit card information such as credit card number,
security code, expiration date, and name on the card. PathPedia, LLC does not
mediate any credit card transaction disputes between you and your card-issuing
agency. If you experience credit card authorization issues please contact your
bank about payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected
activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high value
purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available (or credit limit). Your
bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction. You
may also contact your bank about daily withdrawal or purchase limits.
Most banks have limits on how much money can be charged or accessed in a
single day. If you exceed this daily amount, your bank may block your account
from any further activity regardless of available funds in the account. Your
bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the
transaction.
When you enter required
information while using a credit card we contact your card's issuing agency
electronically to confirm the validity of all information. This is communicated
via a full authorization for the amount of the purchase. If you make multiple
credit card transactions in a single day your card may be authorized for each
change and funds may be reserved against your account for each authorization.
We do not share,
disseminate, sell, abuse, or provide your credit card and any other personal or
financial information to any unauthorized individual or entities. As a user it
is your responsibility to safeguard all your personal and financial formation
by following safe practices including but not limited to not verbally providing
any or all such sensitive information to imposters acting on behalf of
pathpedia.com. An illegal credit card transaction may be successful if all the
sensitive required information is furnished to our automated payment method.
PathPedia, LLC is not liable for any damages incurred as a result of illegal
use of your credit card. Please contact your credit card issuing agency for
stop payment, illegal use of your card, and any damages you wish to claim.
