We have adopted ImmunoRatio solution for Simagis Liveservers and tested it on available library of Ki-67 markers, comparing resultswith prior analysis. The results are practically usable although, asexpected, setting adjustments are required for images from different sources toaccount for process variability. The App now is freely available to all SimagisLive users. Due to constants in underlying ImageJ code,this App only works on single images and not the whole slide like nativeSimagis Live Apps.
